This sequence for Strengthening the Cranial Nerves works on multiple levels using asana, pranayama, mudra, and mantra meditation. This is a “breath-centric” practice enabling a direct impact on physiology – most particularly the autonomic nervous system – balancing the sympathetic and parasympathetic responses and bringing clarity and a sense of deep peace.

Together we will call in the light and release the darkness as we prepare to enter into a new season. Allowing the vibration of the mantra to permeate our entire being, we will move into meditation at the end of the practice, continuing to feel that vibratory effect and its meaning infusing the whole body – that is where the transformational power of this practice resides.

These yoga postures and other practices are accessible for all. Come with a light stomach and loose, comfortable clothing.
