Danuta’s philosophy of treatment is based upon the belief that we all have within us the resources to thrive and effectively manage life’s challenges. However, throughout life’s experiences each one of us adopts beliefs and cognitive patterns that may be detrimental to one’s happiness, peace, health and success. Life’s challenges can overwhelm our sense of wellbeing, our conventional coping skills may appear insufficient, and our vulnerabilities-weaknesses may reduce our confidence. It is at a time like this that a person, couple, or family may reach out to a therapist for help. The therapist who promotes healing and well-being through respect of the integrity of the client, through creating a safe and supportive environment that inspire trust and openness for growth and change.
Danuta currently resides in Oxford with her husband, Jim, and they both enjoy meditation, yoga practice, and sailing.
