Come join our sister circle at Evergreen as we explore our feminine power through movement and meditation. A yoga warm up with modifications suitable for a range of fitness levels will prepare you to move like a Bollywood star. We will explore a mix of belly dance, classical Indian styles and banghara that will have you feeling like a goddess as you tone and strengthen your muscles and build cardiovascular fitness. A gentle yoga cool down and guided meditation will help us connect with the sacred feminine within ourselves and practice the mindfullness so essential to coping in our hectic post-modern world. A henna artist will be available to adorn you, and of course there will be bindis for all. Let’s welcome spring together as an empowered community.
