Do you ever wonder what strengths you bring to the table at work or in your home life? Are you looking for a new way to face the challenges in your life?  If you answered yes, to both questions Character Strengths Meditation and Mindfulness training may be for you.  The VIA Institute created a great survey to show you your strengths—I’m trained to help you use them in meditations and mindful ways.  This program can enrich your life by: helping to reduce stress; boost your confidence; obtain your goals and strengthen relationships. Thirty minute coaching included in fee and should be scheduled within the same week.  Session can be accomplished over the phone or in-person.
