A Dhamma Meditation with Bhante Sanyatha
Friday, October 2 6:00 – 7:30PM
Saturday, October 3 6:00 – 7:30PM
Suitable for both beginning and experienced meditation students.
The evening will include a silent sitting meditation (guided for newcomers), a Dhamma talk entitled “ What is Real “ and time for questions.
We perceive our world through our senses and process a massive amount of information in our minds. However, this information is not always reality. The Buddha came to this realization 2600 years ago and and was inspired to teach about it. He taught that the world is a mirage and our failure to see this reality is called ignorance (avijja). One who understands this ultimate reality of nature finds dealing with it is easier than ignoring it. Please join us for an evening of enlightening discussion.
