In Judaism and Christianity, the Sabbath has been an oasis in time in which to reconnect with Self and Spirit. In this class, we will explore the origins of Sabbath, discuss traditional observances and consider how this ancient practice can help us restore balance to our modern lives.
She is an ordained rabbi, a certified yoga instructor, and contemplative practice coach. Naomi has trained extensively in Jewish, Buddhist and Yogic practices. She draws on nearly twenty years of committed personal practice as well as the core texts and practices of a variety of traditional and emerging contemplative paths.
