The ability to step into life gracefully is within reach! You are invited to join us for this practice designed to improve movement of the joints, ease stiffness, and increase flexibility. Find grace, that feeling of suppleness and ease, mentally and physically, as you walk, run, or dance your way through life. This class is appropriate for students new to yoga as well as those looking to refine their practice.
Kathy Quackenbush, completed yoga teacher training at The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts, in June 2006. Sharing the practice of yoga and its benefits, especially with people who don’t think they can “do yoga,” has been the focus of her teaching practice.
