Breathe, Relax, Feel, Watch, Allow… This all levels Yoga Class is for practitioners who want to benefit from yoga’s transformative qualities. The emphasis is on using asana and deep relaxation to integrate body, breath, and mind. Students practice asana at a level that’s appropriate for them individually, and are gently encouraged to challenge their perceived limitations. Practices are designed to help students strengthen and lengthen connective tissue, tone and strengthen muscles, improve balance, and increase mindfulness. Instruction will meet students’ individual needs.
