HATHA YOGA (All Levels)

Breathe, Relax, Feel, Watch, Allow… This all-levels Yoga Class aims to improve the physical, mental, and emotional body and typically includes practices in pranayama, meditation, asana, and deep relaxation.  Participants practice asana at a level that’s appropriate for them individually, and are gently encouraged to challenge their perceived limitations. Practices aim to strengthen and lengthen connective tissue, tone and strengthen muscles, improve balance, and increase mindfulness.  Instruction will meet students’ individual needs; some familiarity with yoga basics is helpful.
