The newly launched “just breathe…” series will provide a welcome mid-week respite and a great opportunity to meet Evergreen Practitioners and Instructors at low cost or no charge offerings.
Offerings will include monthly Acupuncture Clinics and Yoga Enrichment Classes, as well as introductions to upcoming classes and workshops such as T’ai Chi, Tibetan 5 Rites, Feldenkrais-based movement lessons, Yin Yoga, Couples Yoga, Chair Yoga, Reiki, Creative and Expressive Arts. Practitioners will lead discussions on healing modalities while including an experiential element. They will share tools and techniques learned from their various personal paths and practices.
Breathing, relaxation, restorative yoga, guided imagery, chanting, singing bowls, meditation, energy balancing, clarifying & strengthening intention: these are just some of the possible explorations moving us toward an increased sense of vitality and offering encouragement to feel good mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually!
Accessible to all levels. Loose clothing and a light stomach are helpful.
