Join us for this gentle, fluid, grounding practice led by Julia Simmons, RYT, aimed to improve flexibility, range of motion, balance and a better regulated nervous system. It’s an inclusive and accessible practice that promotes physical, mental and emotional well-being for individuals of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Tuesdays: 11:30am - 12:30pm
Cost: $75/5 Classes or $145/10 Classes in combination with Fridays Chair/Mat Yoga Flow Session
