SACRED SATURDAY MORNING - GATHERING OF THE GREENS
THIS IS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED AND WILL BE RESCHEDULED AT A LATER DATE.
Sacred Saturday mornings are an invitation to step out of your busy days and gather in community for reflection, conversation and stillness. Come and join The Retreat House for warm drinks, a short sharing of poetry and/or readings, silence, sharing of responses and time on your own in the beauty of nature. The labyrinth will be available for quiet walking meditation. There will be the opportunity to create greenery decor for your home from the bounty of the resident trees at Evergreen. Sharing connection over a box lunch will be part of the peaceful day’s journey. Come be part of community as we pause, and breathe, and Gather the Greens.

YOGA NIDRA with SOUND IMMERSION
This systematic practice of deep rest without movement, uses guided imagery, body scanning and breath work, to bring a deep physical/mental relaxation and to release tension. Sound immersion offers its own healing qualities and provides a beautiful back drop.
Please bring your own mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow and any other props and plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
