CHAIR YOGA - SIX WEEK SESSION

Join us for this gentle, fluid, grounding practice led by Julia Simmons, RYT, aimed to improve flexibility, range of motion, balance and a better regulated nervous system. It’s an inclusive and accessible practice that promotes physical, mental and emotional well-being for individuals of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.

Mondays - 9:15 to 10:15am

Cost: $90/6 Classes or $15 Single Class Drop-In
