GENTLE YOGA - FOUR WEEK SEssion

Join us for this gentle mat practice led by Julia Simmons, RYT, that incorporates yoga flow sequences, somatic movement and a focus on breath awareness. Throughout the series, each class is intended to promote a greater mind-body balance, calm the nervous system a support overall better health. Students are encouraged to bring their own mat.

Cost: $60/4 Classes June 5, 12, 19 & July 3
