Join us for a calming Yin Yoga practice, led by Kelly Bonnette, designed to help you slow down, stretch deeply and find inner peace. This class focuses on long-held, passive poses to enhance flexibility, release tension and promote mindfulness, making it a perfect complement to an active lifestyle or a great way to unwind from daily stress. All are welcome!

Cost: $20 per class, $50 for all three classes.
