GENTLE FLOW YOGA - FIVE WEEK SESSION WITH JULIA SIMMONS

Join us for this gentle mat practice led by Julia Simmons, RYT, that incorporates yoga flow sequences, somatic movement and a focus on breath awareness. This style of yoga is grounding, stress reducing and at the same time energizing, offering a sense of spaciousness.
