Join us for this beginner focused, Hatha style practice, led by Kelly Bonnette, that incorporates a gentle flow of poses, in concert with the breath and intention. Throughout the session, each class is intended to encourage a sense of peace and relaxation while cultivating an atmosphere of acceptance without judgement. All are welcome!
